2.videos application - lots of people spend their time causelessly on video application like -youtube , news channels, short video apps.
3.Different parties , hangouts with friends on the time of study .
Etc.
when we sit to study these things come to mind we think lets check phone whether someone messaged me . Some time friends will call you on the time of study , many more reasons for distraction from study . now coming to the point .
Things which helps in concentration
1. Meditation - Meditation is very helpful for improvement concentration . Meditation helps brain to reduce stress , anxiety , and depression . increase focus learning concentration also improve memory and attention span .
2.Programming - suppose that you are riding a bike then you never distracted to other thing only focused on road and things happening in road , but when you don't ride just sitting on bike you are that time you are not focused . so programme yourself as a driver for the study bot like passenger .
3. Fixed Timing For study - set a time table for study . If you want to study 20 minute then in this 20 minute keep aside all distracting things and don't do multitasking when you study either you go and do other work or sit and study without any distracting things and try to increase slots of study gradually .
4.Environment- Environment plays a role in concentration , noisy environment are quite distracting , if library available then it's a better option , otherwise choose a silent place . Also take care about comforts in sitting and proper light availability .
