Flower of Palash
The flower with bright orange color and looks stunning when you see it on the tree. The tree is known for its unique and beautiful flower and the timing of that flower to blossom. The wood of this tree is usable only for fire ignition, I have seen in rural areas of Jharkhand many people use the wood and leaf of this tree as fuel to make food. The flowers are used to prepare a traditional Holi color known as "Kesari'.Association
This flower is known as "Rajkiya Puspa of Jharkhand"(State Flower).
The flower is also associated with spring.
